Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final

The List is a digital file delivered immediately after payment. All payments, including the $200 one-time purchase, the $200 subscription signup and each $100 quarterly renewal, are final and non-refundable.

Bad-record replacement

If more than 10% of the email addresses in your file hard-bounce within 30 days of delivery, send us the bounce report and we will provide replacement records.

Cancelling a subscription

• There is no minimum term. Cancel any time at Manage or cancel subscription or through our contact form (or write to info [at] nycbrokerlist.com).
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid quarter. You keep access to that quarter's file and will not be charged again.
• We confirm every cancellation by email.
