1. What we sell
The List is a compiled file of New York City real estate agents and brokers with business contact details (name, brokerage, office address, email and phone where available), delivered as an Excel (.xlsx) download. Counts shown on the site are approximate and change with each update.
2. Purchase options and prices
- One-time purchase: $200. One snapshot of the current List. No recurring charges.
- Quarterly subscription: $200 at signup, then $100 every 3 months. You receive the current List immediately and an updated List every 3 months while your subscription is active. The first $100 renewal is charged 3 months after signup. There is no minimum term.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
3. Automatic renewal
You will be charged $200 today for the full current NYC list. Starting 3 months from today, your subscription renews automatically every 3 months at $100 plus applicable tax, charged to the card you provide, and you receive a fresh updated list each quarter. There is no minimum term. All payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time online using the Manage or cancel subscription link; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid quarter and you will not be charged again. By subscribing you agree to the Terms of Service, License, and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You can cancel any time from the Manage or cancel subscription page or through our contact form (or write to info [at] nycbrokerlist.com). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid quarter; we will not charge you again. We send a confirmation email with these terms after signup and a reminder before your first renewal.
4. License and acceptable use
Your use of the List is governed by our License & Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You may not resell, republish or share the List.
Single-user license. Each purchase or subscription is licensed for use by one individual agent or broker only. The List may not be shared, resold, or distributed to other agents, brokers, teams or offices. Team and enterprise licensing is available; contact us (or write to info [at] nycbrokerlist.com).
Liquidated damages. If you share, transfer, resell or otherwise disclose the List or any portion of it to any other person in violation of these Terms, you agree to pay Connective Contacts, Inc. liquidated damages equal to one hundred (100) times the purchase price you paid, for each person to whom the List or any portion of it was disclosed. You agree that this amount is a reasonable estimate of the harm, which would be difficult to calculate, and is not a penalty. You acknowledge that Connective Contacts, Inc. cannot readily detect or track each unauthorized disclosure, which is part of why actual damages are difficult to calculate. This is in addition to any other remedies available to us, including injunctive relief.
5. Not an opt-in list; your compliance
The individuals in the List have not opted in or consented to receive marketing communications from you or from us. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your use of the List, including CAN-SPAM, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, federal and New York Do Not Call rules, and state privacy and telemarketing laws, and for honoring every opt-out and removal request.
6. Accuracy
The List is compiled from public sources and changes constantly as agents join, leave or change firms. It is provided "as is". We do not warrant that any record is accurate, complete or current. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for our bad-record replacement offer.
7. Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the List or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any fines, penalties or claims arising from your use of the List.
9. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the List or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Changes apply to purchases and renewals after the update date; we will email subscribers about material changes before their next renewal.
